The A-SMYLE program will develop a sense of civic responsibility and commitment to community development among youth.

A-SMYLE students will assist the successor generation of Serbia and Montenegro in developing the qualities it will need to lead in their aspirations for transformation in the 21st century.

The A-SMYLE program will foster relationships among youth from different ethnic, religious, and national groups.

A-SMYLE students will promote mutual understanding between the people of the United States and the people of Serbia and Montenegro.
